Q: How long does it take to install a
roof?
A: This will vary but on average 1 to 2 days for residential homes.
Q: Who cleans up the mess after the new
roof is installed?
A: We do! If you find that we missed anything call us and we will be
right back to clean up anything we may have missed.
We are careful to let any nails drop into the yard and if one should
we search for it until it's found.
Q: What type of material do you use?
A: GAF/ELK shingles are what we typically use. If a customer has a
preference we will consider it, but it has to meet
or exceed our standards. We don't want to put the cheapest shingles
on a home. We want to put only the best. Our
reputation is at stake here. So the material has to be good!
Q: How long will the roof last?
A: This depends on the material and craftsmanship. We have up to 50
year warranties. But most roof warranties are 20 years.
Q: Do I get to pick the shingle color?
A: Yes. You pick the color and type of shingle.
Q: Do I need a permit?
A: Yes. We will obtain that for you.
Q: Do I have to be home while you roof
my house?
A: No. We ask that we have a phone number to reach you incase we
need to speak to you. But you can feel free to come and go as you
please.
Q: How much does a roof cost on average?
A: This varies on the material, the size, and many other factors
such as taking off the old roof. When we come out to visit you we
will inspect your current roof and give you a FREE estimate.
Q: Will you roof large scale commercial
buildings?
A: Yes, we have roofed all types of large commercial buildings.
